I'm a computer engineer with a background that runs from technical support and FTTH networks to full-stack web development and, these days, Salesforce systems engineering at Saaeda.

I like problems that sit between systems: an integration that has to be reliable, a workflow that takes ten clicks and should take one, a report that eats an hour and should take a minute. Most of my proudest work is quietly saving people time.

Off the clock: e-novels, long gaming quests, and the occasional side project with a ghost on it.
